The job

Here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:

  • Act as a bridge between shareholders and the Executive Team, facilitating smooth communication. Be the point of contact for shareholder queries and organize board visits. 

  • Take charge of calendars (mainly for our CEO), aligning schedules with business priorities.

  • Prepare agendas, materials, and ensure meetings are productive. Support the Executive Team with event organization, note-taking, and more.

  • Organize flights, accommodations, and more for seamless business trips for the CEO & CFO. 

  • You will ensure contracts and other legal correspondence is signed by the executive team.

  • You organize quarterly fireside chat meetings and other company events. You ensure that everything is well arranged and tightly organized.

  • Occasionally you will manage personal appointments and administration for the CEO.

Office Management tasks:

  • You'll be the go-to person for keeping our office environment productive. 

  • Keep the office stocked and running smoothly by ordering essentials.

  • Handle approvals and liaise with Visma for invoice processing.

Job requirements

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as a secretary, management assistant, personal assistant or officemanager. 
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with Google workspace is a pre. We're looking for someone who navigates the digital landscape with ease.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Team Player: A true team player with a with an interest in hospitality. You thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Multitasking Maestro: You excel at multitasking, juggling various responsibilities with finesse.
  • Detail-Oriented: An enthusiastic and flexible organizer with a keen eye for detail.
  • Availability: We are open to candidates who are available 28 to 40 hours per week (PT/FT).
