Commis Chef

For our soon to be open restaurant near London Victoria Station we are looking for a Commis Chef (Available from May 2025)!

The concept

Our restaurant will be a place for breakfast and all day dining. The kitchen and bar are working together very closely since there is an open kitchen bar that runs through the restaurant. The restaurant will be serving an all day food menu that consists of creative and high quality dishes to share (or not). The all day dining menu play’s tribute with a playful spin on British Classics where dishes are uncomplicated, true to their ingredients and have a real punch on British produce.

Next to a restaurant and bar, the location offers three 8 pax meeting rooms and a deli.

We are looking for a motivated Commis Chef to join our culinary team. Our commis chef wil start on the entry-level cook - who assists in food preparation, basic cooking, and kitchen operations under the supervision of our senior chefs.

The Commis Chef must have:

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Flexible and adaptable to different kitchen tasks

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (preferred but not always required)
