As a digital marketing team, we’re committed to optimising every step of the guest journey by leveraging the latest technology and data insights. Our goal is to create a seamless, personalised experience from booking to check-out, making every stay memorable and extraordinary.

The Internship
This role offers hands-on experience in shaping our online brand and growing our online presence. You’ll join a creative marketing team dedicated to enhancing the guest journey and connecting with audiences across Europe. From brainstorming and executing campaigns to refining guest experiences and crafting promotional materials, you’ll dive into all aspects of digital marketing. Your work will directly impact both our new and established hotels, as well as our vibrant restaurants.

Based at our main office inside one of The July’s inspiring hotels, you’ll get to know our unique spaces and work alongside hotel guests, locals, and our dedicated team. Whether working from the lively lobby of The July - BOAT&CO or enjoying coffee at The July - Hotel Twenty Eight, every day promises a fresh setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on digital  campaigns for our upcoming hotels in London, Dublin, and Lisbon.

  • Enhance our website and digital channels to optimise the guest journey.

  • Create engaging marketing materials, including email campaigns and newsletters.

  • Contribute to online and offline marketing initiatives for both our hotels and restaurants.

Job requirements

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s program (HBO) focused on Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management.

  • Passionate about marketing and the hospitality industry.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organised.

  • Basic graphic design skills are a strong plus.

  • A team player who can also work independently.

  • Available for a minimum of 5 months.
