We’re creating spaces where mornings feel easy, service feels natural, and every interaction adds something to the experience. From the first coffee to the last table of the day. It’s all about flow, atmosphere, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for people who bring energy to the floor, read the room effortlessly, and know when to step in and when to let a moment breathe.

Who we’re looking for

Across our F&B team, we’re assembling people who lead with instinct, presence, and personality:

• 🍽️ Floor Manager: Sets the pace, leads the team, and keeps the floor moving seamlessly

• ☕ F&B Supervisors (Breakfast): Early risers who turn mornings into a smooth, welcoming experience

• 🍷 Waiters: Attentive, personable, and naturally in tune with guests

Casting Days: June / early July in Dublin.

We’re skipping the formalities!

Our Casting Days are all about energy, connection, and seeing you in your element. Expect quick conversations, good vibes, and the chance to secure your spot before opening.
