Are you ready to kickstart your career and gain hands-on learn experience in the exciting world of hospitality? We are looking for a passionate and motivated Intern to join us from the Netherlands and assist with the grand pre opening of our brand-new hotel, The July, in London.

You will  work on real projects and gain valuable insights into the hospitality industry. You will learn from experienced professionals who are eager to help you grow and you will be a part of a vibrant and international team.

🌟 The Internship


Supporting Procurement Coordinators & Design Team:

Immerse yourself in the exciting world of Capex projects as you assist our Procurement Coordinators and Design Team. Your role will involve sourcing high-quality materials and managing procurement processes to ensure our existing hotels continue to impress. You’ll be instrumental in monitoring and tracking the lifespan of our furniture and assets, helping us maintain the impeccable standards that define our brand. Your keen eye for detail will ensure our design standards are always met and exceeded.

Assisting Procurement Managers & Coordinators:

Learn more of innovation and strategic sourcing as you collaborate on projects to discover new suppliers and materials. Your insights will drive procurement and value engineering initiatives, sourcing furniture and operational supplies for our new properties. By establishing and managing a comprehensive inventory and tracking system, you’ll ensure our supplies are always in perfect order. Additionally, you will develop and organize a sophisticated material and sample library, becoming a cornerstone of our creative process.

Project Management Assistance:

Your organizational skills will shine as you support the administration of purchasing and logistics for furniture and operational supplies. You will oversee the seamless delivery and installation of these items to our new properties, ensuring everything is in place for our grand openings. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth operation and luxurious ambiance our guests expect.

Pre-Opening Tasks:

Be at the forefront of our exciting new project in London, where you will support the Design and Procurement team with critical pre-opening tasks. From in-housing and snagging to administration, handovers, and training, your contributions will ensure that every detail is perfect before we open our doors to the public. Your work will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests right from the start.

Job requirements
