Breakfast Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our restaurant The Idler located near London Victoria station. We are currently looking for a Breakfast Supervisor!

The concept

Our restaurant will be a place for breakfast and all day dining. The kitchen and bar are working together very closely since there is an open kitchen bar that runs through the restaurant. The restaurant will be serving an all day food menu that consists of creative and high quality dishes to share (or not). The all day dining menu play’s tribute with a playful spin on British Classics where dishes are uncomplicated, true to their ingredients and have a real punch on British produce. Next to a restaurant and bar, the location offers three 8 pax meeting rooms and a deli.

The Job

As our Breakfast Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the start of each guest’s day. You’ll inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences, drive performance, and build a positive, supportive culture rooted in teamwork. You’ll take ownership of the morning shift, ensuring everything is perfectly set up and organised to run smoothly  from the first cup of coffee to the final lunch plate. Attention to detail and a calm, confident presence are key. With your energy and passion for hospitality, you’ll be at the heart of a well-run service that leaves every guest smiling.

What we are looking for:

·         A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create brilliant breakfast and lunch experiences

·         Strong teamwork and communication skills

·         The ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment

·         Previous experience in a similar role

·         Confidence in leading a team and supporting training and development on the floor
