We’re on the hunt for an authentic and welcoming Front Office Employee (In our company, we call this role: Guest Service Pro) to help lead the guest experience at our brand-new hotel, part of our newest Dublin Capel Street addition, opening this summer 2026 (start date end of August)!

The concept

We’re expanding and we’re bringing The July to the heart of Dublin. On iconic Capel Street, our newest 105 apartment-hotel and restaurant is designed to become a welcoming place for travellers, neighbours and the community around us. Thoughtfully developed, sustainably built, and shaped by local design, The July Dublin will feel both distinctly Irish and unmistakably The July.

The July is a premium hospitality brand that’s bringing the human touch to the way people travel. We are a group of apartment-hotels driven by delivering the best experience the world has ever seen, for guests staying one night or one year.

From Amsterdam to the world! Together with our shareholder Aware Super, we are implementing our strategy of international growth as owner-operator. Our teams have the ambitious goal to develop multiple new apartment-hotels across prime European cities like London, Dublin and Lisbon. Each location has the local stories and spirit interwoven throughout the apartment-hotel’s distinctive design.

The Job

As one of the first faces our guests will meet, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, vibrant, and memorable atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door.

This role is about much more than just check-ins and check-outs. With a mix of short-stay and long-stay guests, we want to create a place that feels personal, welcoming, and connected.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming guests and managing smooth check-ins and check-outs

  • Assisting guests throughout their stay and making sure they feel at home

  • Building genuine connections with both short-stay and long-stay guests

  • Handling guest requests, and daily front office tasks

  • Working closely with the team to create a positive and vibrant atmosphere

  • Making sure every guest leaves happy and well looked after
