After the successful launches of Vessel, The 51, and The Idler, we are ready to bring our hospitality to Dublin, Lisbon, and the Zuidas in Amsterdam with large-scale event venues. The Role

As a Sales Events Manager, you don’t just build new relationships you turn them into strong partnerships. You spot commercial opportunities and guide the entire sales process, from first contact to signed contract. You know exactly how to position our venues distinctively in the market. Whether it’s a product launch, a neighborhood get-together, or a large-scale corporate event, you instinctively understand what a client needs and translate that into events that align with our style and commercial goals. You are the link between the client, the events team, and operations.

What will you do?

Generating new leads and business opportunities
Proactively source new clients through networking, sales calls, site inspections, partnerships, trade shows, and inbound lead follow-up.
Selling and booking events
Convert leads into confirmed business by preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and securing meetings, conferences, weddings and social events.
Client relationship management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and building strong relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role.

• Proven sales experience in the hospitality or events industry. You know how to sell a concept, spot opportunities, and generate revenue.

• A natural connector with both commercial and creative skills.

• Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch, able to navigate effortlessly between clients, partners, and colleagues.

• Flexible mindset and full of energy during events.

• Overflowing with ideas, sees opportunities, and seizes them.
