We’re Expanding!
With our newest addition opening its doors in July 2025, we are looking for a Reservations Intern to expand our team. In this role, you'll dive into the world of hotel reservations, mastering the art of managing bookings, engaging with guests across all our locations, and supporting the launch of London Victoria.
We’re seeking someone who’s stress-resilient, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently. As a key link between the front and back office, you’ll assist guests while collaborating with both commercial and operational teams. At Reservations, it’s about more than just entering bookings—you’ll gain experience across multiple departments, from Guest Services to Finance and beyond, making this a unique opportunity to learn and grow in all aspects of hospitality!
In this role, you’ll develop a range of key skills like multitasking, time management, language proficiency, and problem-solving. Though you’ll work behind the scenes, you’re the face of the company, setting the tone for a perfect guest experience before they even arrive!

Job requirements
Managerial Responsibilities
● Responsible for the entire guest review process.
● Identify and enhance revenue opportunities across departments.
● Collaborate on initiatives to increase sales.
● Assist in the setup and launch of London Victoria (July 2025).
● Provide insights to the Commercial team through reporting and analysis.
Skills and Qualifications
We’re ready for takeoff, and all we need is you to complete our Reservations team! As a Reservations Intern, you will need to possess:
● Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
● Previous experience in hospitality is a plus.
● A sparkling personality and eager to start.
● Strong organizational skills and precision in your DNA.
● A commercial mindset and strong communication skills
● Proficient in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
● A good sense of humor! 😉
